WAYPOINT WORKFLOWS, LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective August 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Waypoint Workflows, LLC (“Waypoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through Waypoint Voice, our call-handling and messaging service.
Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide or generate when using Waypoint Voice, including your telephone number, call and message metadata, service request, service ZIP code, preferred callback window, consent choice, opt-out status, and communications with the service. We may also collect limited technical and operational information needed to secure, deliver, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to handle the call, deliver the requested post-consent conversation, qualify and route the service request, provide callback coordination, maintain consent and opt-out records, protect the service, comply with law, and improve service reliability. We do not use demonstration conversations for unrelated promotional marketing.
SMS messaging and consent
When you expressly opt in through the Waypoint Voice telephone consent prompt, Waypoint may send text messages concerning the service request you initiated. Message frequency varies and is typically 1–6 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share limited information with service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service, subject to contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors that process communications, host data, provide security, or otherwise support Waypoint Voice; when required by law or legal process; to protect rights, safety, and service integrity; or in connection with a business transaction. We do not permit service providers to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain operational and consent records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may decline telephone consent and no initial SMS will be sent. You may opt out by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting hello@waypointworkflows.com.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to hello@waypointworkflows.com.
